The students in grades 3 & 5 have been participating in building robots based on the First Lego League challenge of 2014. The group is divided into 3 teams with each team researching a natural disaster and building a robot that will complete missions that have been assigned to the challenge. Each student  will get their turn to build/add pieces to the robot and they work together to get the job done.  Lego League students meet every Tuesday from 12:45 until 1:30. The robots were purchased with funds received from donations and the team would like to thank Tim Hortons for their latest donation that has allowed the school to purchase one more robot.  The Lego League teams are anxious to build the new robot and start competing with each other on the challenge missions.  Written by Emily & Taya
